Project management for school leaders and business managers
Project Management for School Leaders and Business Managers Project management made easy - a ‘no fuss’ skills-based course. 

Half a day of project management training, and half a day to apply the approach, skills and knowledge to your own project.  

This course is perfect for school middle and senior leaders, and business managers, about to embark on a middle or large-scale school-based project, such as rolling out a new curriculum, introducing a new scheme of work, developing an area of the school (such as the EYFS outside area or library), leading the school through a change process or project managing a new building extension.

This programme will explore the complexities and challenges that the school workforce experience and how effective coaching and mentoring can support teachers. 

The training will incorporate strategies and initiatives which derive from the Emotion Coaching approach to enhance team dynamics, self- regulation and reduce stress in relation to people and class management.
