Specialist Leader of Education - Deborah Henshall

I am a Deputy Headteacher at By Brook Valley Primary School with over 20 years teaching experience. I have responsibility for KS2 and lead English across the school.

I have mentored students and NQTs and have also supported teachers who are new to Subject Leadership. I have worked closely with colleagues in my own school and in other schools– supporting and improving teaching and learning. I also work as part of the KS2 writing moderation team
